    Bean Protocol Recipes

    Bean protocol approved recipes that center beans without fat in delicious ways! Two fan favorites are the oil free pesto and hummus that add both flavor and beans to any meal.

    What is the bean protocol?

    The bean protocol is not a diet. It’s a lifestyle centered around eating more soluble fiber (beans) and healthy fats at least 90 minutes apart. When soluble fiber (beans) are separated from fats (oil, nuts, avocado) it will attach to our bile (toxins from liver detox process) instead of the fat and remove the toxins from our body.

    For more information about the bean protocol I highly recommend Karen Hurd or Unique Hammond’s courses that tailor the protocol to your unique situation.
