Flavorful Greek Turkey Burgers (dairy free)

Looking for juicy, flavorful and healthy Greek turkey burgers? These are gluten free & dairy free. Taste for yourself!


  • 1 pound raw ground turkey (450 grams)
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped (30 grams)
  • 2/3 cup zucchini, grated or finely minced (100 grams
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped (15 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Mix: Gather and chop all of your ingredients. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with clean hands or a large spoon until everything is combined.

  3. Form: Using your hands roll the turkey burgers into burger shapes by forming them into balls and then flattening on a sided baking pan. To avoid sticking you may want to use parchment paper, a non-stick reusable baking mat or a little oil on your pan.

  4. Bake: Bake for 30 minutes at 400° F.
