Ingredients

- pickled onions - cooked white rice - salmon - oil - teriyaki sauce  - avocados - carrots - mayo or aioli - sriracha - mango or mango salsa

Prepare salmon

Remove skin, cut into cubes and marinate in teriyaki sauce.

Cook salmon

Cook salmon in air fryer for 4-7 minutes at 400℉ or broil in the oven for 15 minutes.

Assemble

Combine rice, salmon, mango, carrots, avocado, pickled onions and spicy mayo.
